North Vancouver Vintage Map Tea Towel

This tea towel features a 1928 map of North Vancouver. The settlement on the north side of Burrard Inlet that would become the City of North Vancouver predates Vancouver. It was built up around the Moody sawmill that brought development and prosperity to this area. With its rugged terrain and majestic views, it would soon become a popular suburb of Vancouver. This map is from 1928 and shows the major streets and areas of the city in colourful detail.
