Canadian Orders
All products are shipped for FREE inside Canada. For your pillow purchase, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service which usually takes 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your parcel has been prepared for delivery. Tea towels are sent by standard letter mail, within the same time frame but without tracking (tracking available for a fee, please write for more information).

United States Orders
All products are shipped for FREE to the United States. We use Canada Post Standard Parcel Mail (no tracking) which usually takes 8-12 business days. If you are interested in paying extra for an Expedited Shipping option, with tracking, please contact helen@vintagemapco.com to arrange details. Tea towels are sent by standard letter mail, within the same time frame and without tracking (tracking available for a fee, please write for more information).
International Orders
All products are shipped for FREE to anywhere in the world! We use Canada Post standard international Mail (no tracking or Air Mail) which usually takes 10-20 business days. If you are interested in paying extra for an expedited International Shipping option, with tracking, please contact helen@vintagemapco.com to arrange details. Tea towels are sent by standard letter Air Mail, within the same time frame but without tracking (tracking available for a fee, please write for more information).
Order Packaging and Gift Messages
Your pillow will arrive "Gift Ready" - elegantly wrapped in tissue inside a Vintage Map Co-branded brown craft cardboard flip-top box. Tea towels are also wrapped in tissue and mailed in a legal-size envelope. We'll gladly include a gift note with a personalized message; simply leave us details about what the note should say in the 'Add A Note To Your Order' section on the first page of your Check Out process.
Tax
HST will be applied to order totals for Canadian customers. The applicable amount of HST is shown on your order at the point that you enter your shipping and payment information during checkout. If you have any questions about taxes, please contact us at helen@vintagemapco.com .
Customs/Duties
Any taxes and duties applied by Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the pillow and we will fully refund your order. We guarantee your satisfaction!
